Peace Now

Today we are practicing the beloved intelligence meditation. In this meditation we work deeply with the Jupiter and Saturn fingers. Yogi Bhajan said about this meditation: ‘One who can master these two fingers shall not only be in peace, but can create peace on Earth.’ This being one (and a very profound one) of the many amazing benefits the intelligence meditation promotes.

Practice for the throat chakra

Today we’re working deeply on the throat chakra, allowing a lot of subconscious stuff to come out. Meanwhile stimulating all the glands that reside in this wonderful area of communication. Deep breath is the first go-to whenever you feel like you could use a lil’ elevation.

To bridge the gap between desire and actualization we must lovingly observe where we are in this now moment.
