Class Description
This class combines a kriya to open the heart center with Panj Graani, an ancient meditation that works directly on the diaphragm. Soften the chest, expand the breath, and release held tension around the heart so the body can feel more open, receptive, and emotionally clear. From there, Panj Graani helps tune the diaphragm - supporting deeper lower-abdominal breathing, greater oxygen capacity, and a more regulated inner state.
