Eightfold Fire Meditation

A vigorous Moving Meditation Set, with Atma Santokh.

Atma Santokh guides us though more solstice preparation on this Fathers day. He speaks on how having the power of a solution-oriented mind-set can create energy every where we go, and gives us the orientation that there is opportunity everywhere to expand my myself.

In this class, we will experience a dynamic Pranayam series for removing blocks, to charge the energetic channels of the body, and vibrate the glandular system with this heightened solar energy.

I want to continue to expand my container to receive more, until I am overflowing and sharing with all of those around me.

I am not my fatigue. Fluctuating with grace is prosperity. Movement is prosperity.

We are going to move our energy with a short powerful and pranic yoga set and practice a deep meditation to bless ourselves, featuring the classic recording of "Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo."
