Let's create a connection between all of our sense gates and energy centers to merge at the heart center, the "Spiritual Heart," to evoke and awaken qualities of compassion and universal love.
It takes a focus to locate the energy spot. We leave this session feeling more connected to the heart-center, the center of consciousness.
