Once you've entered that quadrant of yourself, you now have an energetic Pathway open. You have 10 levels of a pathway back to that quadrant of your consciousness. You can go back there anytime. It's available to you.

The full orbit of the energy of the kundalini energy up the from the base, out the crown, into the 8th chakra which is the aura, and rains back down into the aura about 9 feet underneath you and circulates back through the root. It’s a multidimensional movement a merkaba. It moves through the tendrils and the nadis. It activates the etheric nadi cycle so you become very psychic. The diaphragm is one of the most clogged organs because of what we eat and and the location of the lower chakras. It’a a major crossroads so it is important to open it up.
Sodarshan Chakra Kriya for 11 to 31 minutes a day will help fortify the aura for drug, alcohol or mental instability. Kirtan Kriya is deeply subconsciously cleansing.
