As a result your responses and projections will be rooted in your full consciousness instead of past patterns of responding to external circumstances.

Series of exercises that target the glandular system, the immune system, spine and organs. Deepen the breath to relieve stress and open space in the body. End with the Dhartee Hei meditation, using mantra and visualization to access the earthly and heavenly realms.
