Infinity MA Practice for Pregnant Women

The body is the temple of your spirit, and you were given it to fulfill your destiny. The way you approach your physical body affects everything else, as how you do anything is how you do everything. This month is an opportunity to consecrate the holy temple of your spirit, by providing it with what it needs to thrive and harmonize so it may take you to the finish line of your mission.

The glands are the guardians of your health, and harmonizing the glandular system will in turn regulate and re-vitalize the entire body. This 7-minute yoga set is a complete tone up of the glandular system and will leave you feeling renewed and regenerated, time after time.

Take these 7-minutes as an act of self-reverence, and allow the positions and the prana to support your entire system so that it can support YOU, your soul, and your unique and greatly needed contribution to life.
