This class uses preparatory exercises for the lungs, magnetic field, and deep meditation to clear the breath, strengthen your energetic projection, and ready the body-mind for stillness. We’ll work to expand lung capacity, awaken circulation, and build the magnetic field so your system feels brighter, steadier, and more resilient from the inside out. From that foundation, meditation becomes more accessible - less forced, more natural - allowing you to settle into a deeper state of presence, clarity, and inner absorption.
