This session offers a series of precise tools—some of which can set the navel point in just 3 minutes—to help you recalibrate quickly or go deeper with a full-length class format.

We’ll conclude with an 11-minute cooling Sitali Pranayam to unwind tension and activate the parasympathetic nervous system for deep rest and reset.
