Class Description
Through conscious breath, movement, and rhythm, we activate the body’s natural ability to regulate, reset, and remember its own flow. We use dynamic movement to gently release stagnant energy, creating space for clarity, lightness, and grounded vitality.
This is an invitation to meet your fear with compassion, to reconnect with your wild and courageous heart, and to rediscover joy and fun in your own body. We close with a healing meditation to soothe the nervous system and anchor the experience on a deep, cellular level.
