Befriend Your Soul

SHUNNYA - Sit with yourself and you will experience yourself.
In this Bliss-Practice we extend time by being with the present.
„Sit, breathe, focus - thats all you need to do!“

In every sacred tradition, the eyes carry power.
La Mirada Sanadora—the healing gaze—draws on the deep ancestral understanding that sight is more than perception. It is a form of transmission. Presence. Blessing.
From Darshan in yogic teachings—the sacred act of being seen by a holy one—to Tajalli in Sufi mysticism—the divine radiance revealed through sacred glance—to Shen in Daoist tradition—the spirit-light that shines through the eyes of the vital and wise—the gaze has long been revered as a conduit of healing force.
Under the nurturing waters of the Cancer New Moon, you’re invited to experience this ancient knowing in your own body. Through stillness, breath, and concentrated gaze, you’ll learn to direct your life force through the eyes—infusing a piece of food with healing intention and consuming it as living prayer.
This meditation is simple, powerful, and precise: Train the gaze as a healing instrument Understand the science of visual concentration and its effects on the nervous system Practice energetic transmission through the eyes, breath, and awareness Reconnect with your innate ability to transform matter through intention.
This is not performance. This is presence.
This is not superstition. This is subtle science.
Come reclaim the light in your eyes—and the medicine in your own hands.
