Class Description

Atma Santokh guides us through some more sweaty Solstice preparation.

The yoga makes me strong in my body, so I am unfettered by any circumstances. The meditation brings me into self-love, so then there isn't any negativity that can penetrate my mind.

 

This is a favorite Yoga set, that involves developing our "cross-muscle," for brain health, chanting lots of "HAR," dancing, and singing along with a beautiful classic Kundalini Yoga English Naad recording.
