Learn how to work with negative mind first, for it will be the first to rise to protect you and you can make it serve you. Practice listening with your inner ear what the negative and positive mind is actually saying. Do not let your projection become hopeless and do not let it lock you in a permanent depression. Learn how to get from negative, positive, to neutral at your command.
