You are on the journey from the catastrophe of your subconscious mind. Your mind is huge! Your mind is the greatest gift you've ever been given. It traverses time and goes beyond space. It's a gift. The subconscious is a great gift. But it must be cleaned just like anything that is finite.

We just keep filling it up, and it has a finite capacity. So one thing that happens when you clean it out, the subconscious mind, it becomes a clear space, so you can use the power, the imagination of the subconscious. We can do this with Mantra. The Shabad provokes a dumping of the patterns. If you persist in repeating the pattern, a new pattern will establish itself.  Your mind clears, and you awaken dormant capacities or you enhance your existing ones.

Explore the more subtle realms of the time chain, in the first session, and notice how subtly we may or may not be synced up with the time stream of Consciousness. Are we moving too fast or too slow in the present time, do things feel clunky and not synced? What might be throwing off the time code?
