Class Description

One of the powerful things the 25th Pauri of JapJi does is that it starts to collapse duality. This is magical. Were in a polarity experience.  Were' here to master those polarities. What a wondeful tool to have to collapse the dualities once in a while, so we can be at that zero states, the Shuniya. When you chant this, your in a whole other realm.  It only takes 9 minutes. Your duality, your failures, that ride you've been on, all the energy wasted on that, start to collapse.

Detoxification and Balancing through Mantra and Movement

Detoxify the body and let the layers of the 10 bodies get some detoxification. The 10 bodies are the 10 layers of the human psyche.
A sane person has 27 fractures in those 10 layers.
