Have a practice of playing mantra (or gong) at night while sleeping, so you can vibrate with a higher template of sound organizational field. So you will have a running start.

This kriya incorporates an apple on the body's meridians designed to restructure the cellular and energetic bodies. Put the medicine into it and then eat it. It's a self healing practice.

RA MA Global Meditation: Gyan Chakra Kriya (19:20), followed by the 9 Minute Master Set, a three part Pranayama. Then do Har Aerobics (47:00) for 3 minutes. Special Apple Meditation (55:20).

Use this auspicious time to look at your programming and get over your personal problems in the new year. If you want sovereignty with your thoughts, you need to do some sort of daily work on your patterning and get society out of your head. Community, especially spiritual community, can create a foundation of accomplishment and keep you lifted. Mirror neuron patterning opens you up to the community’s joy. Your personal problems start to fade, and your triumphs expand. You position yourself to catch a new frequency, a new capacity, so you can utilize this incarnation on earth (and accomplish your New Year’s Resolutions).

When you try to invoke something, you also invoke its polarity. So when your frequency is high enough, you can utilize both sides of that polarity. You can use the energy in the challenge, grief or loss to be creative. You can raise your vibration enough so that instead of succumbing to the negative, you can hold it along with the prosperity you invoked and use both to your advantage.  You don’t have to be negative and crazy to be inspired. It can look alchemical, like creating something out of nothing.

The time before Winter Solstice is a time for contemplation and to amplify your practice. Try to stop, drop and do a little yoga or meditation three times a day.
The morning practice helps you create a positive imagination before you begin the day. It creates a mold that has a higher velocity than the subconscious pattern of your suffering, misery, depression, or fear of the future. The subconscious mind dumps throughout the night so you have a film on the mind. Clear that film and redirect the mind for the pattern of the day you want. A practice from four to seven pm is another time when the sun is at a 60 degree angle of the earth. It helps you catch more energy.
