Happiness Revolution

Summer Solstice Preparation

A special class was given right before Summer Solstice. As a yogic practitioner, you must be revolutionary and happy. And you must take it seriously.

Happiness is a biochemical state just like compassion. When you balance your biochemistry, the natural outpouring of that balance is happiness and compassion. You don’t have to worry about it or look for it externally. If something happened during the day that didn’t feel good, then you have to get right with it before you go to bed so it doesn’t dump into your subconscious mind. Do some self-psychology to see what you need to balance your biochemistry. What doses of mantra, Kriya, and meditation do you need?

If you feel a bit of guilt at the end of the day, then that is an indication of misalignment with right action. Before you go to bed ask, am I right with myself? Rewind to the part of the day when you were misaligned and splice something of a higher vibration into your memory grid. From that point see yourself doing it that way. See yourself in right action going forward from there. This is self-correction. You can go to sleep in a more harmonious vibration. You have a technology to get yourself right.

Work on happiness in this class. True happiness is not about love and light. It’s the emanation of you and you being right with yourself. It’s so golden and magnetic that people want to be around you. That is prosperous and you get even more happy.

Your body must be fit to get in a harmonious state and feel happiness.

Develop your Ability to see the Aura in Everything

Everything has an aura. If you start to train your sensory system, you can deeply see and know things. You are living with the 5 senses intact. You command them and then have the 6th sense.

You create your own reality. You must create what you want to have a bigger experience of otherwise you are living someone else’s reality or a non-reality. You can tell it’s a non-reality because you feel drained and fatigued. A reality gives you energy even when it’s hard. Those are the moments in life where you may feel the heart break but you’re alive. It may not be easy, but you are alive. That’s reality.

Each thought form you have throughout the day, you can maneuver with the sensory system. You are looking for reality - what gives you energy. Your yogic power gives you the ability to course correct quickly. You will see the aura of a non-reality way before it’s “here”. You have the free will to choose it or not but at least you know. If you need a little trouble in your life, then at least you are conscious of it. That is self-psychology. You can make it productive.

You will work on the 6th sense in this class to develop your ability to see the aura in everything. You will have a whole new level of sensory gaze that will help you determine what foods to eat, what relationships to engage in, etc. The experiences themselves are valuable because you have sovereignty. Your pituitary gland is secreting in a way that gives you clarity of mind so you can tap into the 6th sense. This is why the yogis practice a Sattvic diet. There is a blood chemistry that creates availability of the 6th sense. Whatever you put in your 9 holes and whatever comes out is all connected to your energy, clarity, and purity.

Sophisticated misery - keeping a pattern of a subconscious thought form running at the same time with the same triggers.

If you are under the roof with your parents for more than 72 hours, you revert to your childhood programming. If you start to track these patterns it will become very funny to you. It’s not a mood or stress or dealing with your sophisticated misery. There are feeding times for your parapsychological thought forms, like an animal rearing its ugly head. The subconscious pattern will kick up with anger or depression (or whatever your flavor happens to be) to be fed.

If you are not tracking these cycles and getting some levity around it, then you’re missing the whole game. Look at when you are pressurized. How long does it take you to play out in whatever your version or freak out is? You must know. Stop hiding from yourself. It takes 80% of your energy to try to keep up your identical identity. Then you feel like a charlatan which creates self-doubt which takes an additional 30% of your energy. Then you are reactive which depletes you completely. You’re exhausted and you don’t think you have time to do the things you came here to do. The pressure rises. Then it all exponentiates. See how the cycle runs. Then you have the power to change it.

It’s your civic duty as a kundalini practitioner to map this out so you can have more stability. Stability is superhuman in this time on the planet. The shakiness of the human nervous system and psyche is running rampant. You become a role model for others if you have stability. You will work on that in this class, so you’re not freaked out by the simplest things. You will start to see your cycle of self-destruction and indecisiveness. When it happens, you can laugh at it. The kundalini technology will help you demagnetize your patterns as well.

Your orbit is your destiny, and you are going to maximize it in this class.

People who know how to communicate well are successful. A single careless word can break your business or your relationship. One yogic step further, your sound current can have a great impact on what and how you communicate. You can say more difficult things in a frequency that will not trigger someone’s subconscious patterns. Learning how to move your sound current is a major part of the kundalini practice. You can say what you need to say without stepping on another person’s inner landmine. You can communicate on many different levels so that what you say is effective and uplifting. If you can master the multiple layers of communication, then you move beyond confrontation. You can get a good tussle in as part of good communication if you are conscious about it. Know what you need.

Your art of communication is your art of success. Sophisticate your communication and you can do anything. People will want to be in your presence and offer you things. You can start activating your elemental powers and chakric powers. For example, you’ll know who will need a little navel from you and the people who can’t handle that.

Move into the 6th sense of your sensory system. Most people use the tattvas to emotionalize their sensory system instead of commanding them and the space around them. Once your meditation practice is real, you’ll actually understand what another person is saying. Move beyond just your 5 senses and use the 6th sense to be a sensory human.

This class is dedicated to your self-sensory experience. It includes three 11-minute meditations that are fundamental to kundalini yoga. 33 minutes to meditate every day. You can do this, and it will give you many gifts and treasures.

Shoulder issues are almost always related to liver issues. Guru Jagat offers an alternative position for Sat Kriya which is very helpful if you have shoulder pain. Really pump your navel for Sat Kriya and it will do so much for you. You always want to lie on your back for at least a few minutes to let the energy circulate.

In Kirtan Kriya you bring the sound Sa Ta Na Ma into a diagonal from the crown and out through the third eye. You use each sound in this diagonal that mimics the angle of the earth and the sun during Amrit Vela.

Sodarshan Chakra Kriya has a few complexities. Guru Jagat offers specific direct on how to perform it perfectly. Remember to keep your eyes on the tip of your nose.

You are a Solar Generating Time Machine

This class is given during the Full Moon in Sagittarius and in an awakening cycle of Uranus. It’s the time of prophecy. A very auspicious time that requires you to have a highly developed sensory system. The mechanism of the kundalini rising is an awakening experience. You begin utilizing a higher quality fuel. You also begin to use it more efficiently. You self-generate so deeply and quickly. The sensory human can separate time because of the pranayama. It gives you command because most people are freaked out by time scarcity. You can pull apart this 1 zillionth of a second and that’s what you will work on in this class.

All full moons are a polarity experience. You have both lunar and solar centers. You are a solar and lunar time-generating machine. It’s magnificent. This session opens the residency on Mallorca dedicated to practicing on the self-sensory system. You will work with your handicapped tears and misconception of self. Get into your strengths. As you become more sensitive, you’ll be able to lead others with that developed sensory system. It is intertwined with your nervous system. That is the beautiful thing about the kundalini technology. It is that it is adaptogenic. You get what you need in the body.

The sensory human is a very positive human. When you command the sensory experience, you become very positive because life is fun. Kundalini is a householder’s tradition that helps you develop a sensory command. This gives you the ability to use the sensory experience as a vibrational template to bring you a creative flow of dharma and vitality. Subconscious Unloading Days of the Lunar Cycle.

On the 10th day of the moon, melt the subconscious thought forms. In the yogic scriptures, it’s described as if you woke up and someone punched you in the face. The 8th, 9th, and 10th days of the moon are the heaviest subconscious unloading days of the lunar cycle. The 10th day is used for lots of rituals. It’s good to notice how you feel and to practice more. You can get the most clearing of the subconscious patterns. The haunting thoughts become frozen in your subconscious mind.

In this class, you will work to thaw those icebergs. When it happens, you may experience some interesting things. You are moving a lot of energy. It’s all ok. If you thaw from these icebergs with yoga and meditations, you move quite naturally into feeling self-esteem and self-acknowledgment. These are biological states based on your endocrine secretions. You may not be used to these hormonal changes. The veil between worlds may be thinner but it’s normal. Paranormal.

Do the same meditation every day. Practice Sadhana every day. Elevate someone every day. That’s called Seva. Serve others and feel fulfilled in the act not in anticipation of a thank you. The 3 gifts: are meditation, Sadhana, and Seva. They give you bliss, bounty, and beauty.

Develop Your Positive Imagination and Vision

You do a meditation first thing in the morning so you can have victory as soon as possible. It’s hard to live on this planet so you should program your morning routine with a lot of affirmation and applause. Pat yourself on the back and stimulate your positive imagination. Its velocity is faster than your neuroses. Get it riding out in front of you. Get the projection out of how great you are so you can deconstruct the self-loathing and childhood issues.
Successful people can hold their positive imagination and their vision until everyone around them starts to see it that way. You have this power.
There are cycles of life and everything changes. It’s part of the cyclical nature of the human incarnation. Hormones shift. You experience different things and problems. Those problems cannot be solved at the level in which they were created. You need patience. When you do, you have all the time in the world because you can expand and maneuver it. Patience pays.
If you are a visionary who want to do something impactful in the world, then you must hold that vision until people understand. You need enough strength to do it. That’s what you’ll work on in this class. You need to hold the positive vibration of your vision as long as it takes for everyone to see it the way you see it. That’s how you change reality. How long can you hold the vision? It takes a high level of esteem for yourself, so you don’t freak out and react at every little thing. The person who has the highest vibrational impact carries the vision and everyone will see it, but you have to be able to hold the pose. That’s why you do the yoga. In relationships it’s the same. You hold the mirror neurons of the thing you want from the other person.
Accept your own dignity and the whole world will come to you. Work on the dampness and foggy bottom of your 3rd chakra which is what causes the low self-esteem.

Learn the Cosmic Law of Polarity

Everyone wants to achieve some level of success, but no one seems to want to deal with the polarity. That’s just part of the cosmic law. You get what you want and then you freak out because it’s “too much”. You must prepare for the 4 levels of failure, slander, polarity, and mishap that are going to happen. You must have plans for when things happen. We don’t even have enough esteem for ourselves to prepare for the initial challenge.
The moment you get brighter, there will be a polarity experience. Jesus would not be Jesus without Judas. Learn the cosmic law of polarity. Recognize that it is something you will deal with. Activate the Bhand Jameeai - the reality of the cosmic power of the shakti and major polarity swells. You must have enough self-esteem to handle all levels of this swell from the challenge itself to the slander.
When you make the impossible, possible that is divine. The rest is nonsense. Your virtue is when impossible hits you with possible, you can deal with it. Turn it out with possible and deal with it. When the finite gets to you and you show the infinity, that is divinity. Time and space are going to hit you. Do you have enough self-esteem, nervous system strength, prana, and vibratory command to turn the impossible into the possible? You can and you need enough energy to do that. Focus on developing your self-esteem with the yoga in this class.
You are a yogi, and you have the power to command your own breath. You can command the time and space to increase the threshold for what you can handle in the polarity of success and failure. This is not being negative. It’s an understanding of 4 levels of challenge and you can deal with all of it. You have the steam to keep going. Give yourself a budget of how much you’re going to freak out every day. It costs time and energy so plan what you need and what’s worth the cost. Ask yourself, what would have to happen for me to let loose my precious esteemed life force? Make it good rather than some waste of your reactivity.

The Concordance of Your Auric Star

What are you doing from 7pm to 2am?

The Auric projection meditation uses the arm like a blade. The usual pattern of your inverted thought forms of non-reality can be pushed out with that blade and then you move in a more direct way. Your prana moves in a direct way and your pituitary gland secretes well. You generate a projective force. This makes you successful and vital. You find a way to move energy in a constructive way. You no longer spend all your energy running a PR campaign trying to hide your “thingingness”. Everyone knows what you don’t want them to know. People are becoming more sensitive. You are trying to hide that thing about yourself that everybody already knows. Instead, you can use all that energy to take the inverted thought forms and move them in a direction where they are not retrograde. That gives you self-esteem.
Depression and low self-esteem are programmed into you in utero. Most of us are carrying around the low self-esteem of our parents. It’s not even yours. This class will help you at least lift that and then you’ll just have your own low self-esteem to contend with. That is the theme of this class and the series of classes for the week.
Those inverted thought forms are taking up all your energy and it’s why you are too tired to do the things you want to do and be the person you really want to be. You are not too tired from the normal output of living a human life. Everyone has a job and some amount of energetic requirement. You’re fatigued because of the inverted thought forms. Add to that your self-doubt about it and it knocks out even more of your energy.
The most successful people have made a way through to the intimacy of their spirit and found self-esteem. They grow it. It builds momentum and doubles down on itself and no matter what they may “have to do”, they also have the energy to do what they want to do. It’s a 24-hour clock and that’s a lot of time to get it all done in whatever equation works best for you. A little sleep, exercise, nutrition, creativity and make some money so you’re not freaked out.
According to yogic science you have what’s referred to as Iktara - the musical instrument of your own psycho magnetic field. This stringed instrument can be harmonized, and the concordance of that celestial order is innate to you. It’s beautiful and unique to you. It’s a mystery. May you spend all of your days just getting into rhythm with your own unique orchestra. People who have that level of curiosity and listening ability are beautiful.

A Special evening class during Guru Jagat’s NYC residency. It focuses on prana. Practice breath work including alternate nostril breathing.
Breath is life. When you have more breath, you feel better. It will help you reset your parasympathetic nervous system. This series is to revitalize and replenish your yogic anatomy. There is a yogic science as to how you can replenish your reserve force (otherwise known as life force). You begin to have so much of it that when you become stressed or fatigued, you can deal with the challenge. Because you have so much available, you also develop the ability to be one step ahead of the challenge and remain stable and clear minded. You want to have this ability, so you don’t have a meltdown every time you are faced with stress. The kundalini technology helps you not only regenerate places where you have lost your reserve force but also to put your strength, consciousness and aptitude beyond the time pressurized moment and go into the future in a calm way. This is in your physiology. All breath work is good for this because it allows you to get the pranic vibration throughout your whole physical body.
In between your joints there are areas that hold pranic reserve. That is why you use mudra and move in certain ways with your practice. The amazing thing about kundalini yoga is that there is a physical foundation to spirituality. It’s not about morals. There is a science behind your goodness, regeneration, and your ability to show up more powerfully and calm. That is the strength of the parasympathetic nervous system.

Mega-information syndrome is the tremendous amount of pressure on the psyche that people are experiencing from the load of information moving through the planet right now. It’s not a matter of trying to remove yourself from it. You live in the technological age. There is no choice. You can’t unplug so the key is tap into your innate resources. That will make you very successful. It will also make you unusual in this age because everyone is so stupefied in this pressurized time.
The whole point of kundalini yoga is that it fortifies your system and gives you neuron velocity which means you start to compute differently and more efficiently.
The future is here, and this is what you’re training for. This class will give you some patterns to run that will help you gain momentum, clear old baggage, flip failure patterns into success patterns, and get way healthier. Use Mudra to clear off some of your emotional residue and shift the way you move through time and space. That’s the game. Use the power of the mantra like Sat Nam. Meditate, run your day with it and see how that focus will change your whole experience of life.

Your problems are the same problems you’ve always had just recreating themselves with more complexity so you can distract yourself from facing death. That problem is an issue you have with yourself and play out in your relationships. You can reframe this. Use the kundalini technology to see things differently. See yourself with humor and levity. You don’t have to spend all your time, energy and your reserve force entangled in the self-importance and ‘seriousness’ of your problems. Remind yourself that it’s funny. The joke is on us.
This class uses the swell of energy leading up to Summer Solstice to get awareness around the ways you are neurotically caring about things you really don’t care about. Begin to see how funny that is and re-evaluate it. Generate, organize, and deliver a more divine experience of your life. See how you can be of benefit to shifting civilization’s consciousness.
Mars is not a cool planet. Earth is a cool planet. We must stop trashing it. You can get a lot out of this class to increase your neuron velocity. This gets into a rhythm where you can gallop with your positive imagination up the highest mountain with your sack of problems and just drop them. That’s what happens physically when you clear your mind-body system regularly. You get out of the arrhythmia of your neurosis.
Play mantra at night so when you wake with the negative mind instinct triggered, the projection of that current pulls you above it into the velocity of your true intelligence.

The Future of This Planet

Amplify Your Practice and Shift

The date of this class marks a huge shift in era on the planet. Uranus brings the future now and we’ve come out of the 26,000-year cycle of the Kaliyuga. 2026 will be the next major cycle. Uranus went into Taurus. Taurus rules banking and will vibrate the whole reconstruction of how we trade value on the planet in all currency over the next 7 years.
Look at the cycle of time and see how you can use it rather than it using you. There is a lot of time scarcity in the culture. Develop the skill to look at cosmology and see things in multiple perspectives. That is what you are training for in the institute at RA MA.
Look at the cycles of time in your personal life too. Gain the ability to see the wider cycles of time in the galaxy and you’ll see a way that time and space is moving differently. It can give you some perspective on your personal problems. You become much more expanded. Your view of what it takes to be successful is expanded. Patience pays. A little fortitude and patience will get you everything. You need to cultivate that, and you’ll see how wide time and space are and how small our fears, insecurities and resentments have been. With that widened perspective comes a vibrational shift which creates a different possibility in the future. That is quantum theory. Your psycho magnetic field and how you spend your time now in integrity completely determine the variations of what the future can hold. The doomsday future disintegrates as we elevate our frequency now.
When you do your practice, do the mantras, and breath work you change your frequency and alter the future. Be aware of the subconscious patterns as you elevate. They will appear as a sign that you are changing the future and there can be a freak out. You are going to be able to do the things that you came here to do. You are going to have the energy to do it. Work on creating the vitality that allows you to hold the virtues of your incarnation. When you have enough vitality then you can receive the benefits of your incarnation. The physical body must have vitality in order to do the things it came here to do. Work on it in this class.
