Shine on…!
The Summer Sun moves into its home sign of Leo on Monday. Let your love light shine! Shake out your lion mane, adjust your royal crown, and let your heart be full! It’s a time for play, passion, and creativity… from your heart. We’ve had a wavy few weeks, and they’re not over yet. But lighten up! Turning your emotions into something creative may reveal truths you haven’t recognized yet. Oh – and turn your light on those around you too. Leo is about heart, love, and generosity. We begin our Leo journey with the Sun in a Grand Trine in the fire signs with Ceres (recently out of retrograde in Sagittarius) and Chiron and the Moon in Aries… which also form a bridge to a second Fire Grand Trine with Jupiter (retrograde in Sagittarius) and Mars (in Leo). Lots of energy flowing easily, inspiring us to confront our deepest wounds so we might elevate and expand our experience here on the planet to what we came here to do – and be – in the first place. Who are we? Why are we here? What have the trials and tribulations of our life taught us – confronting and strengthening us in ways we couldn’t have experienced otherwise? Take pride in your battle scars. They’ve prepared you for a destiny you have yet to achieve!
People, people who need people…
Uranus’ square to the Sun and Pallas Athena’s squares to the stellia in Cancer and Capricorn indicate that we may (still) be feeling challenged in the area of our own independence and personal freedom. As much as we want to withdraw at times to find our balance, there is still the undeniable fact that we are all inter-connected. The work we do on ourselves allows us to be stronger and more present & responsive to others. And vice versa! Showing up for others gives us the opportunity to be stronger and more present & responsive to ourselves in each moment. There are no mistakes in the roster of souls that share your life’s journey – for “better” and for “worse”. We are expanded and strengthened by every encounter, if we play the game right.
