Mercury has gone direct and the message is “Go, Go.” Use the momentum of the solar imprint in this pre-summer solstice class. While we can move in time and space to loosen what has calcified, we can make the same progress by traversing the chakras, tattvas – the entire yogic anatomy space.

Access the ancient codes brought forward by the Masters who have walked before us, and use this space that they have opened for our growth and expansion; trance and re-trance your reality with the mantra “I Am Happy, I Am Good.”

“Set an intention...and go deep into the space of what these humans have given us on this planet and what they’ve shown us – you go deep in there and you will not be the same in 8 days.” – Guru Jagat.

Tune in and 11 minute chanting meditation (23:52); yoga set (40:13); star body meditation with humee hum chant (1:15:29).

Pre-Summer Solstice class: Explore what Yogi Bhajan called “The self inside” – the self-compass discernment instrument that allows us to maneuver the riptides of duality in a way that gives us more energy instead of sucking us into the current of negativity and polarity.

Clear out the deep fatigue in the brain, and develop an experience of the self. Bring back some of the spiritual wonder and innocence to the practice. Invite freshness to the spiritual compass.

“When the tides are this heavy you can forget why you started the practice to begin with.”  –  Guru Jagat

Tune in and yoga set (9:00); seven minute meditation (52:00); gong relaxation (59:55); 21-minute meditation with Jupiter finger gazing (1:08:14).

In this Pre-Solstice workshop, go deep into the parasympathetic nervous system to create a new grid of subtlety, a foundational space to align with the rhythm of the self, and the power in what Yogi Bhajan called "The Self Inside." The deeper that grid starts to get constructed, the deeper your life is going to become, and your thoughts, actions, dharma, and art will start to get a new caliber of depth.

Give back the burdens that were never yours to begin with. Create some spiritual wonder in this age of info-dementia, and surrender to the Breath. Open the nervous system-wide enough to be able to handle that input and to allow it to run through us without getting stuck anywhere. Society has us approaching wellness as body, mind and then soul, but in this Aquarian Age it is time to do the opposite - serve the soul first, then mind, and then body. In this workshop spend a couple of hours serving the soul.

Full yoga kriya set, multiple meditations of various lengths, and gong relaxation

Free your mind from the duality of retrograde planetary movement and any magnetism pulling you into a singular perspective of black and white thinking. Instead, work with the energy to gain momentum from multiple perspectives. Every perspective may not make sense to you, but getting inside them teaches compassion and provides energy.

Planets don’t actually go backwards; the earth’s motion makes other planets appear to move backwards. It’s all about perspective. What would it look like to rotate perspective? Do we have enough energy to hold multiple perspectives, thereby gaining their velocities? Loosen wherever you feel stuck in your life and open a pathway to another room of energy, another perspective. Gain a deeper level of devotion to serve the time and space of whatever you’re coming into contact with.

In the Aquarian Age we have to be agile in our bodies and our minds and all of the multiple amazing perspectives you can hold. – Guru Jagat

Tune in and yoga set (30:00) and 21-Minute Meditation to Clean the Bloodstream (35:05); yoga set to activate the heart chakra, reboot the brain, and release anger, relaxation with chanting (55:30).

Mantras: Ad Such, Jugad Such.
