Practice Like A Scientist
Class Description
This class will give you adaptogenic energy. If you need calm then that is what the art and science of the kundalini process will give you. If you need a boost then the kundalini will adaptogenically provide it. The virus of the low energy states cannot live in your system. Experience it in this session. The ability to self-regulate is a major power. Within one breath cycle of 1-minute breath you can uplift out of anxiety and confusion. It is extremely adaptogenic. Listen to a story of the effects of 1-minute breath on a yogi during the lecture in this class.
Have some tools in your back pocket for when things go awry. Your system is very intelligent. Take the opportunity in class to work deeply with it. Come to your practice like a scientist and totally change your life and what is happening in your mind. Learn some ways to really have sovereignty of your own mind. This class provided a bit of an operating manual.
Your erraticism is part of why you are not getting what you want. You cannot contain it. Work in this class to develop more steadiness in your system. Allow your anxiety to melt away. Let become energy rather than obstruction.
