Class Description

Second class of a 3-part series in preparation for Summer Solstice.

Sometimes the subconscious mind will keep you from actually doing a kriya. It’s important in kundalini practice to be accurate in order to get maximum benefit. Learn and be inspired in this preparatory class. Use the power of Fists of Anger to work out your arcline. That is where your negativity, anger, and blame build up. The ‘problems’ in your life are all versions of the same theme. Your subconscious mind wants to have a bigger experience of something. It will relentlessly ignore actuality in order to do so.

Use yoga and meditation as a self-psychology practice so that you can know what you are creating a bigger experience of in your subconscious mind. Change the template you are putting over the reality of your life by using the mantra. It will de-magnetize that pattern for you. It does not matter how and why that pattern started. Use the mantra to cut it off. You must repeat and practice because these patterns are well-trodden paths. You can sleep to them as well. They are nutrition so that you can choose better patterns and therefore better experiences.
