Cultivate an attitude of gratitude by being grateful for every breath. All asana—all kriya is to create posture so you can be strong enough, alert enough, active enough—that when the ball is thrown in your direction, you catch it and do something with it. Practice for active, powerful, poised, practical application of your intuitive power.
