Class Description
In this class, we create space to soften the edges, breathe deeply, and let go of the emotional weight we so often carry without noticing. Through a calming Kundalini meditation and deep breath awareness, we gently move out of the head and back into the body.
We focus on releasing stress stored in the nervous system and letting go of emotions from the past – those quiet, stuck places that are ready to shift when we give them presence.
