Class Description
The universe wants to give us everything and so much more - The practice helps us to expand our awareness and build nervous system strength to be able to experience change with enjoyment. When i'm able to experience change without fear, with a sense of joy and curiosity, then i'm able to be a guide for others who may be experiencing fear or nervousness when change is occuring.
This practice works the glandular system to prepare the body to meditate; It's followed by a special set of meditation positions set to a mantra that removes fear and puts a deep stablity and steadiness in the heart and nervous system.
