Class Description

Yesterday's US New Moon is today's full moon in Europe, so we get to celebrate this Gemini New Moon twice! What are you cultivating? What are your plans? Maybe new endeavours? We are all each other's cheerleaders here in this beautiful container and holding one another. In this class we work on coordinating mind, body and soul. Yogi Bhajan: 'Total harmonious relaxation cures the body. To achieve this there must be a coordination between the three facets of ourselves: body, mind and soul.'
