Our Radiant Body shields us from what takes us away from our destiny. Our dedication to practice and evolution can shift something so deeply in our radiant body that we align more with our destiny frequency. To this end, you will focus on the endurance of the Radiant Body.
In this evening class, we will identify the “fate” aspect of ourselves, also known as our weaknesses, and align with the “destiny” aspect of ourselves, also known as our strengths. Make no mistake, it is deeply spiritual work to focus on your strengths in which we mind our own minds and focus on the things that truly matter.
Through an invigorating yet deeply meditative set, you will move through Kriyas, frogs, cat/cow and other practices to let the parts of the body move you into a new frequency. End this session with 11 minutes to float in thoughtless form while your mind syncs under your own control.
