Class Description
Having a meditation and yoga practice will allow me to move with the inevitable changing circumstance of the human experience.
Meditation helps the practitioner to have a relationship with the part of the self that is unchanging, so when environments and circumstances inevitably change I can use the pressure to grow instead of contract.
In this class practice a short and relaxing yoga set, followed by 22 minutes of chanting for the crown chakra.
