Weather Any Storm

High caliber is felt and projected when you are acting as the true YOU. This allowance of the soul's radiance to express in this physical realm is foundational in experiencing the life that you yearn for. When raised to the level of your soul, your caliber becomes your consistent power and the basis for your projection and communication.

Through this meditation, you will gain command of your breath. This puts you in the driving position of your own life force and the helm of your ship. Then you are prepared and equipped to navigate, steer, and direct your energy, your sound, your field, and your prayer. Upgrade your projection to one of complete excellence to amplify your ability to hold, maintain, and grow your blessings amidst anything you experience in life.

While practicing, you may feel dizziness as the nervous system strengthens and adjusts. Be sure to pull the neck lock for proper breath suspension. If desired, have a glass of water nearby to drink upon completion of the meditation. In extreme cases of dizziness, have a partner nearby to supervise you until your system recalibrates and becomes stronger.

In the yogic teachings, your self-concept is everything as it determines the quality of your life. It is in your hands to elevate and transform it into one of pure radiance and love so that you can be and do all you came here for.

Together, we will be going through 21 days of Mirror Work by Louise Hay, consisting of short and simple exercises and meditations.

Consistency with this practice holds the power to transform your self-concept and clear away any beliefs, energies, and stories clouding the radiant luminosity that is you.
