A Loving Self-Blessing - AWLS Superboost with Anna Caldwell

The most powerful force of nature is a woman in love — with herself and with life. Invoke self-love to dissolve fear in its most phenomenal form. Correct the aura, bless yourself and enter the portal of remembrance of the ancient gifts woven into this lineage: sovereignty, grace, and the divine right to bless yourself before seeking it from anywhere else.

Shabadpreet takes AWLS through the New Moon in Scorpio Rise of the Empress cycle's Yoga and Meditation practices.

Cultivate the mental and energetic strength and sovereignty to weather anything that passes through your queendom. You want the power to constantly elevate yourself and everyone that you are bringing with you. Purify your being to hold the highest frequency of vitality so that you can move with strength and infinite grace with this powerful, extended pranayam.

Fashion is very powerful & works as a magnetic protector/repeller as well as attractor.

This class was recorded on International Women’s Day 2019.  Guru Jagat discusses feminism, the future of feminism, and what it means to be a woman in the Age of Aquarius.  She pushes the narrative towards a vision where we can move beyond the toxic gender relationships of the Age of Pisces without being naïve or bypassing the difficult history and dysfunction.

She calls on women to not only raise their consciousness but to also raise their caliber by living in the duality of the future of gender relationships and the past of inequality.  In this way, we become, as she so precisely says “the coordinate of the new conversation.”

Practice a set to move the energy through the body, detoxifying and processing all that has accumulated. When we continuously flow with the energy of life we stay steady, flexible, light, and vital.

Meditate with the prayer that answers all prayers.

Kundalini Kriya - Detoxification (26:20) and 11-Minute Meditation with the mantra Ardas Bhaee (1:09:20) and Gong Relaxation (1:19:15)

Access the tangible biochemistry of grace in your system through the profound technology of kundalini yoga. Practice the kriya that Yogi Bhajan himself practiced and taught to athletes, business people, and luminaries as a means to strengthen their nervous systems to withstand the pressures of being large presences in the world.

"Grace is the biochemistry of the human where there is a pair of opposites-- and the polarity does not affect them or does not affect them for very long. There will be moments when you're not in your grace -- that doesn't mean you're not mastering it. The mastering of it is how long you stay out of the Grace and how quickly you get back in." - Guru Jagat

Physical yoga kriya with gong relaxation and 11-minute meditation.
