Give yourself 17 minutes to learn how to bless yourself. Before you can bless anyone else, you must learn how to bless yourself.  Before you can fully love anyone else, you must learn to love yourself. 

Love is the absolute power of self-totality. It is the realized experiences of accepting you as all that you really are. Where love exists, there is no question. If there is a question, it isn’t love. Awaken this continuous stream of love  in YOU for YOU, so you can cultivate the power to share this same, unwavering force of love with all who are in your life, and with the world.

This Kriya dissolves fear and replaces it with love. It invokes REAL LOVE. Where there is love, fear cannot exist. Where real love is, presence and totality is there.

Bless yourself for total self-love and for total self-resurrection.
