Class Description

Life and the skies reflect the concept of controlled energy - in which energy and the force behind it is harnessed so that it may better be used to em-power us.  Containing and controlling energies with our breath, with our conscious management of our physical body allows us to wrangle true power as we align with ourselves and the divine.

We put this into action with a set that harnesses the energy of the Sun, and a meditation that illustrates the point.
