Saturn is discipline and work ethic, represents things not moving as well as patience. Neptune is Vision, representing major mystical energy, and is the water element, which carries all the healing aspects associated with it. This 3-hour workshop includes a full yoga kriya, multiple meditations and relaxations to work the following:
