Actualize is a dedicated 75-minute block each week designed to support you in embodying your purpose, elevating your productivity, and actualizing your vision with the energy of community.  This is not just time to work,  it’s a sacred container to align your focus, ground your energy, and amplify your impact.

Using Reiki, Hypnosis, and Energy Psychology, Shaelynn will help us create a new blueprint for our authentic self-expression. She will take us through a process to support our growth into living a life that works for us on every level – mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, founded in our soul’s creative communication.

Shaelynn is an Energy Healer, Spiritual Architect, Author, speaker and teacher. As a Reiki Master and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist for over 35 years and a life-long trans-channel, her purpose and passion is helping women connect to their true power so they can bring their magnificence into the world. Jovanna Lopez, urban farmer and food advocate in San Antonio, Texas.

Jovanna is one of the stewards of the Garcia Street Farm, 4.2 acres, of urban growing space in Eastside San Antonio that provides produce to it’s direct community, specifically San Antonio Housing Authority residents. She is also the co-founder of The People’s Nite Market, a night-time farmer’s market that fights local food insecurity by providing local, farm-fresh foods at a time that is accessible to people who work weekends.
