Luna Wildflower, MA Communication Studies, is a Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Embodiment Guide, Essential Oil Educator, Tarot Reader, Activist, Alchemist, and Professor. She teaches public speaking, human communication, and interpersonal/group communication. Her work has been published in texts, academic journals, and presented at many conferences across the nation. She believes that healthy relationships start with the discovery and healing of oneself. With this in mind, she found a way to combine her academic knowledge with her own spiritual journey to wellness, to overcome trauma, chronic illness' and pain. Her experience has led to the creation of specialized Embodied Wellness programs that help individuals get in their body, heal, and thrive.

I know not what others need to hear as I believe we are are each our own best healers, gurus, and guides. It is through attuning to the earth, the self, and spirit that I find the words I most need to hear. I send a gentle reminder and a few words that I hope provide some solace, sovereignty, and joy.

Erica is fearless in her love for yoga and passionate about communication design. Through her signature illustrations of yoga poses, called Asanaglyphs, she found a union between the two. With over 18 years of experience in designing books, she self-published her first book, Art of Attention, ranked #1 on Amazon for design, now translated into six languages, and graphically designed Oprah Winfrey’s The Wisdom of Sundays.

After the making of Art of Attention, chakra studies helped her heal an addiction she had been battling for 25 years. Since then, she started helping others embrace their beauty to impact those they love.
