Nam Satya Kaur is a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher at RA MA Institute for Applied Yogic Science and Technology in Palma De Mallorca, Spain, and has been teaching Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan since the spring of 2017.

Nam Satya is driven by a love for creating beauty, through harmonious relationships, conscious communication and graceful living, which she expresses through her Kundalini Yoga classes and creatively in her other professions as a writer, editor and clothing designer.

Her courses are focused on the accelerated transformation of a daily practice, the use of mantras and Shabad technology to uplift any given situation, the alchemy of tantric practices where lower energy is transformed into higher consciousness and how to remove phobias and fears to live a life of prosperity. By using meditation, yoga and other lifestyle practices given by Yogi Bhajan, the master of Kundalini Yoga, all of this becomes possible for everyone who dedicate themselves to the practice.
