This does not make you have to be blindly positive. When you are grounded you can work with more etheric and subtle spaces in an alert and powerful way. Move forward steadily with alertness, intelligence, and generosity keeping the forces as high as possible.

With our practice, we have the type of nervous system strength, the third chakra balanced, which balances the other chakras, the 10 body chi, the mental clarity, intelligence and intuitive wisdom to become resilient. We’re doing one thing a day to keep us in the higher velocity. You will see the fruits of your labor in times like these. You can face whatever is in front of you with great power. That’s how you get out of destructive patterns.

Create foundations that have the power to pick one higher frequency choice at a time. Use your time wisely. You can’t get time back. Do whatever you need to do to get some of the pressure off in a productive and positive way. Elevate and move the ball forward.

It sorts the information for truth, relevance, something that resonates, and if it doesn’t resonate it gets cleared out. If you don’t have a practice, these thoughts that don’t resonate get stacked up in the subconscious mind. Leaving us with a clutter of irrelevant information, memories, dreams, nightmares, epigenetic traumas, and then we don’t feel good, we don’t feel sane, or emotionally sound. It also makes us feel better, it elevates the mood, and has all sorts of glandular secretions as well.

We are just starting with the pressure of this information age. The human system has to become stronger with this new frequency of the 5G. Strengthening the nervous system will help us deal with the stimulus of all of the news during this pandemic. The yogic solution to any type of pressure is to strengthen the nervous system. Go into the nerve plexus to deal with the complexities of this time. This will give you the capacity to be productive. It gives you the power to be creative when the nervous system is strong.

You are either being constructive or destructive. Come out of this pressure in a positive, elevated, and evolved state. Mind your mind with your thought forms that become the action forms that ripples out to the world. You can be a positive force.
