As the seasons change we get to take a moment and reflect on what the last season has brought to our attention. In this class we work with the Kriya to keep the body beautiful and a longer deep meditation.

Kriya to reshape yourself from the inside out, followed by a meditation for abundance and ecstasy. We look at how the small things — a comment, a delay, a worry — pull us out of the present and into past or future. And we practice the shift that changes everything: from victimhood to opportunity.
