Introduction and Welcome to Immense Grace. The theme of the first month is "Ancestral Future" as we dive deeply into the unbelievably powerful technologies of self psychology given by Yogi Bhajan for women. Women are the highest incarnation, which comes with great responsibility. This first retreat will be a weekend of self-psychology - cleansing old values, aligning with service, clearing anger and fear in regard to familial and romantic relationships. (*This retreat was held the weekend of Sept. 10-13 2015 in Badger, CA at the edge of the Sequoia National Forest during a somewhat significant fire season.)

Four ways to get inside an energy field:
1. Come together in a group and get inside - this retreat is designed to burn off a lot of internal wastage
2. Practice - Sometimes even three minutes of laser beam intentional practice are more effective than a longer sadhana
3. Have an experience of it - Embody the teachings and have devotion; Have an authentic relationship with the teachings, hold the space; Teachers are not preachers
4. Dharma Study - Approach teachings as an Aquarian student; Whoever we are serving, it is part of our jobs as leaders to determine how best to deliver a message
