JOURNALING PROMPTS:

Write about anything that you’ve left on the table in terms of your vision and what you’d like to create this year. Remember that the first step in your manifestation process is even daring to think it feel it or have the initial idea or spark. With a little space now from the frenzy of new year's resolutions, is there any refinement or anything else coming in for you?

What happens when you lose inspiration?
How do you feel in your body when the spark fades?
Do you notice particular thought patterns or emotions taking over?
What triggers the sense of disconnection from your creative flow?

What happens when your subconscious patterns take the wheel?
Reflect on specific moments when autopilot mode takes over your creation process.
What beliefs or behaviors arise that hold you back?
Are there specific patterns (procrastination, self-doubt, perfectionism) that feel familiar?

What do you experience when you're deep in the "thick" of creating?
How does this stage feel: challenging, fulfilling, overwhelming, or a mix?
What are your biggest distractions or obstacles at this phase?
Where do you find moments of ease or unexpected flow?

When you reach an impasse, obstacle, disappointment, or unexpected delay how do you react?
What’s your habitual thoughts feelings, and stories around that?

Remind Yourself: Three Reasons Why You Want This
Write down three core motivations that connect to your deeper purpose.
"Why is this creation meaningful to you?"
"How will this thing transform your life or the lives of others?"
"What would achieving it feel like at the soul level?"

Flush Out the Fear

Superboost + Create Session

Superboost Daily Meditations end at 00:38 followed by Yoga, Deep Meditation and Create session.

Explore techniques to break through creative resistance and overcome the fear of starting. Unlock your creative flow on a deeper level.  Identify distractions, self-avoidances that are keeping you from your own creative pulse.  Continue to establish your self-as-oracle-relationship.

What are the fears or resistances you notice when you think about stepping into your project or calling?

Write down any recurring fears such as “I don’t know how to start,” “I might fail,” or “It feels selfish or indulgent,” “It’s going to be expensive,” “Where will I ever find the time,” etc…

Name the fears and get specific as possible write out the fearful scenario for yourself.

What's Your Relationship With Solitude?

How do you feel about being alone? Does solitude excite or unsettle you?

Scan your current habitual life, in your daily life, where do you find pockets of solitude where you can “hear yourself think?”

If you do not already have some pockets, of nourishing, purposeful solitude, identify what solitary activities WOULD nourish you.  Ex. A bath, a walk without your phone and alone, getting up while the house is still quiet and everyones asleep to write, etc…

Where do you habitually multi-task?

Reflect on your daily activities. In which areas of life do you habitually multi-task?

Identify both functional multi-tasking, and perhaps some more unconscious examples of your own multi-tasking.

How do you feel while multi-tasking (stressed, efficient, or scattered)? Does it allow you to deepen your sensitivity to your energy?

Identify one moment in your day where you’ll commit to single-tasking. Describe what you’ll do instead and how it will feel.

Distraction Diet

Scan your habitual routine for things that are energy distractions.  Perhaps you are writing your own songs, you might choose to sensitize your field by not listening to music or speaking less in order to hear your own sounds and connect more intentionally with your WORDS as you are writing music and songs.

Perhaps you are creating your soul driven side hustle and you are at the very beginning stages, you might choose to fast from analytics, financials, and numbers just this week so that you can stay in your creative brain and feel and download your concept.

This could also be more innocuous and less related to your exact project — like fasting from movies, social media, or news in order to clear yourself of outside chatter so you can make space to listen to yourself and your own quiet internal voice and use that time differently.

If you can’t think of one, try not using or looking in the mirror at all for one week. Instead focus on feeling yourself and feeling your narrative towards yourself. Relate to yourself from the inside out instead of as an observer of yourself.

Notice what happens on your “fast.”
