The Reverse Adi Shakti Kriya for Creating Self Love is one of the most well-known kundalini yoga meditations. This cycle on Aquarian Women Leadership Society, invoke love and reduce fear with this iconic self-love practice.

Widely known, though not always commonly applied, this seated kriya corrects the aura to become self-affirmative and positive. It opens the heart to miracles, blessings and gives you the original power to bless yourself, your ancestors, those that come after you, and even the universe itself.

Working with the arms and the upper body, this meditation is unique in that it actually stimulates the body to produce natural morphine. The body is its own chemical factory and when triggered to produce increased levels of endorphins, your baseline experience of happiness, well-being, and even bliss, is more sustained.

Large or small, make some level of commitment to practice this meditation. It will give you an experience of love within yourself, so you can understand your growth and how much you love yourself enough to even find yourself.

Overflow with a Goddess-like emanation of self-confidence as you bring your mind to a place of sustained harmony and clarity.
