Prana is the basis for all life and all creativity. Prana is the basic creative force. Your overall creativity is based on the amount of prana in the system. More prana means more creative energy and the POV to intuitively apply that creative energy. Prana is also closely related to the flow of prosperity in your life. Those with a deep relationship to the breath of life can hold the fruits of life.

Use this 11-minute pranayam to catapult your creative energy into the next dimension and amplify your ability to hold the flow of prosperity.  

In this practice breathe as DEEPLY as you can in and out. In order to expand your experience of creativity you need to change the flow of the prana. This pranayam also synchronizes the prana with the brain, refreshing all cells, and coordinating the rhythm of the nervous system with the pranic pulse.

We grew up reading our horoscope for our Sun sign not knowing there was a whole world hidden across the zodiac. The Sun or so we believed, represented our entire astrological profile. But in fact, it is one sliver of a much larger and expansive story.

In the last few decades, astrology has skyrocketed in popularity and its understanding has spread far beyond the simple Sun sign forecast. In the modern age, we refer to the “Big Three” — Sun, Moon and Rising — as the three most important facets of our (astrological) personality.

Each of the planets represent a different aspect of ourselves – not to mention directional points, planetary nodes, fixed stars, asteroids, etc. that also define us. Any one planet – or more likely, several at a time – will be featured in the story of our lives.
