In this class, I find a sense of perpetual being in awe of everything that's unfolding through a strengthening and heart-opening Yoga set, followed by a guided meditation using the water element to strengthen the intuitive projection and to finish this special Full-Moon session a deep meditation on the Moon Center.

Keeping one’s focus. You have to figure out what your goals are & on a daily basis, ruthlessly go after them. Training is a constant continual endurance test.

Leadership is about self-sovereignty; you’re brave enough to acknowledge yourself & you want to serve by teaching people even if they slander you back. You should be making waves. “Life doesn’t matter, it’s the courage you bring to it” - Yogi Bhajan

Once you have some sovereignty, life becomes fun. Everything in your life will be organized around your agenda to enjoy yourself & your life & to succeed in accordance with your destiny.
