We close with a meditation to support healing of childhood trauma by working with the subconscious mind, inner guidance, and the capacity to forgive and reframe the past. This meditation helps soften old imprints, restore trust in yourself, and reconnect you to a wiser, more compassionate inner authority. Leave feeling balanced, supported, and more free to move forward from your true self.
