Cara Elizabeth, author of Animal Apothecary card deck for manifesting, is a speaker, healer, and certified Breath Coach. Cara works with individuals and groups to empower participants to become their own healer and manifest their heart’s deepest desires. On her journey of overcoming sexual trauma and finding her own power she found solace in the animal kingdom and the knowledge these creatures shared with her on her path toward empowerment. Cara has extended this exploration of teachings from nature into the precious gem world.
