As householders, we are not interested in ego death because it’s a) really inconvenient for yourself & b) really inconvenient for everyone around you who would have to bathe you, feed you, etc. It looks a lot like psychosis, is completely dysfunctional, & we just can’t afford it individually or as a society.

You need a container that can hold you together and that’s what the ego is. Respecting the container is a spiritual process.

It’s a patriarchal idea that one has to transcend the material (feminine) plane in order to be spiritual. In this Aquarian Age, we integrate everything & live successfully as humans in normal life.

If you can stabilize your wealth/prosperity, you won’t be swung on the polarity of feast/famine, which is the normal human experience.

Discussion of three Vayic forces: prana (life force), uddiyana (maintenance. It’s the reserve force that sustains you) & apana (eliminative force which allows you to let go of the past).

Once you understand how to create & organize the forces in you, you don’t need to reach for drugs or external stimuli. All you have to do is approve of & impress yourself. That’s the Aquarian Age. It’s between you & you.

In your own native language, you can feel the rhythm of the sound & align yourself to that naad frequency.

It’s a command language, not an affirmation falsity. In affirmation culture, you end up activating the opposite of what you want because you’re putting all your negativity into it.

Our kundalini yoga mantras, both in English & Sanskrit & so on, use permutation-combinations of the tongue on the roof of the mouth (which has 84 meridians) to physically activate specific neurological sequences of the mind.

The Gurmukhi (the Punjabi alphabet) we use holds the sound in the shape of the glyph. It actually shows you how to move your tongue. It’s also a beautiful representation of the purusha / prakriti principle—the upper heavens, & the creation that comes down and follows (from) that.

Replace the chaotic sound chambers of your past thoughts and imprints with a more powerful and elevated sound. That’s where the mantra comes in.
