Especially as women we’re often addicted to getting energy from having problems with people—”see if you can just not have any problems with anybody in any of your relationships.” We want to be strong enough to enjoy our lives & tackle the huge issues we’re up against as a humanity.

The arcline & aura are your protective field. As the bright line of the Aquarian Age was 2011/2012; the closer you were born to this, the more etheric you are. Panch shabad (“sat nam”) balances all the elements (earth, water, fire, air, ether). Recording “Sa Ta Na Ma” & playing it during sleep to fortify your auric field. Relaxing the bodymind allows its self-healing system to heal itself. Self-soothing meditation to clean up the arcline, or halo.
