We're about 7 years into the Aquarian Age, & the shift is continuing to settle in until 2038. 2020 will be a big brightline as well.

Subtlety (anything you do with subtlety) builds the subtle body, which carries you (the soul) through this life & beyond. It takes some bravery to be subtle & graceful in ungraceful environments.

It's a self-acknowledgment & commitment to the rest of your life, because you are not willing to be ungraceful to yourself or others, under any circumstances. Spiritual practice is being yourself, so it's a process of letting go of all the things that aren't you, inherited by family, karma, cultures, etc.

Your problems are simple & the same exact pattern structures you had as a young child. Clearing & cleaning the subconscious through yoga & meditation is the simple & effective way to get rid of them.

Time to crank up the practice.

In the solstice window, it's really beneficial to amp up the organization of your household, finishing any projects you have put off, and/or meditating more & doing more yoga. It's generally a time of amplification, so getting organized will have a lot of follow-through.

Planning will get you everywhere. If you know you need more yoga, do that; if you know you need more exercise, do that; if you know that friction & pressure will make you perform better, lean into that. You have to figure out how you work best, & everyone is different. It's called "self-psychology."

Producing one or two shifts in the next 11 days will give you a major amplification.

Discussion of the 8-10th days of the moon (the time in the month where the subconscious fog is heaviest, so practice is particularly beneficial). The new moon, 4th & 11th days of the moon, & full moon are the other power-points in the month, & represent the deepest calm, the glandular reset days with highest prana, & the time of maximum amplification, respectively.

Being grateful for everything we've been given. Yogi Bhajan said that true yoga is being grateful for everything; the rest is all intellectualization.

Planning is actually really fun & comprehensive. The execution of the plan (aka "success") is the boring part. Normally what we do is plan for our failure, which is a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Right action has nothing to do with morality, but instead clarity of vision & potential for achievement.

Then you will know exactly when things are not for you. People waste so much time on indecisiveness & regret; meditation gives you clear-mindedness & free action.
