Happy New Year's from Guru Jagat and the Team at RA MA.

Prepare for the New Year with this class to reset your life intentions. It's been the best of times and the worst of times. Because we live on a Polarity Planet.  But we can prepare for this with meditation and yoga. Ultimately we have to have a certain frequency and energy to direct our conscious and the collective consciousness. This is a job. Our job is to create this frequency through your practice, and how you treat yourself, and others, to be able to help with the frequency battle on Planet Earth.

Tune in and do Cat Cow (23:05), Begin Kundalini Kriya (32:00) and Gong Relaxation (55:50).

It only takes 10-15% more of whatever spiritual practice you’re doing to become a saint. There’s no need to punish yourself or feel guilty, just keep up and do the best you can.

We need 1-2 hours of strong exercise per day in order to be productive. (2 is ideal.) It accelerates the human and is especially necessary for women to exercise and stay outward and productive every day. Kriyas are great forms of exercise because they work all of the 10 bodies, and meditation in the morning is the “principle of life.”

The meditation in this class is very good for calming when you get emotional.
Tip: Drinking a glass of water is the first thing you should do if you start to get emotional.

2019 Global RA MA Meditation: Hast Kriya (13:50), followed by a Navel Yoga Set. 11-Minute Meditation (1:13:50)

RA MA New York Residency

Guru Jagat talks deeply about the importance of meditation to bring “goodness, mercy, and compassion to wherever you are assigned.”  Wherever you are in the world is where you are meant to serve. We need people in all sectors of society meditating. The Aquarian Age is equal opportunity.  Yoga and meditation are for absolutely everyone.

“How is your meditation practice helping you do the things that you came here to do?" Guru Jagat asks. " And that is not to complain about the weather, complain about your job, and resist every moment of life and then die. In case you were confused! It’s not that! We know we are here to do something greater than that. Let’s focus on what we are doing with the results of our meditation practice as householders."

2019  Daily Practice: Hast Kriya (26:56) and Kundalini Yoga set (34:50) and Meditation (58:04) with Gong Meditation.

Guru Jagat's shares her intentions in writing this book, which is to share it with people who feel they don't belong to the community of spiritual practice. There is no barrier to entry. You don't have to touch your toes, and arm balances, you don't do repetitive asanas which put stress on your joints. You have to decide what you are looking for, what experience you are looking for. Kundalini Yoga will give you the prescriptive for what you're looking for.

Tune in (20:25), followed by Breath of Fire, powerful Navel Set, Addiction Meditation, and Mahan Jaap. End with Gong.
