Your mind is the most primary relationship you will ever have. You must get to know your own mind and make it work for you. The mind is given to you, for you! Learn to work with it and take care of it.
The momentum of a destructive thought form can be passed down through generations and create harm. So, you must get clear on your relationship with your mind. If not, your mind runs you without your agency and you become a robotic disaster doing disastrous things robotically.
Take the reins of your mind, care for your mind, and sit in your power from the seat of your true self.
