Our words can be rough, emotional and animalistic or they can be magnetic, effective and uplifting. We can choose to speak from our glandular secretions or the seeds of identity sown by our soul. When we learn to speak from our intuition we can always speak with love and to elevate.

Practice deep listening. Deep listening is a critical component of conscious communication and it’s not possible to do if we hold resentment. Practice a Kriya to relieve resentment and anger and then delve into chanting Sunni-Ai ~ which translates as hearing or listening.
